Konkurs Polsko – Angielsko – Niemieckiej Wiedzy Gastronomicznej Dla
Niesłyszących i Słabosłyszących w Lublińcu, dlatego postanowiliśmy z uczniami pogotować trochę „po angielsku” .
- Cook 2 hardboiled eggs. Cool and peel the eggshell.
- Grate the onin and mix with the meat. 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs and 1 row egg. Season with salt, pepper, mustard.
- Lay a hard-boiled eggs on top of the meat mixture and knead. Sprinkle your hands with flour to prevent from sticking.
- Coat the meat-covered egg with the breadcrumbs – coat with flour, then beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
- In a soucepan, heat the oil and fry the eggs. Take out the eggs , cut the eggs in half.
- Decoratted letuce, coctail tomato.
