Thanks to my participation in the project, I took part in a two-week methodological course for English teachers: „Methodology Revisited, Revitalised, Re-energised – Language Teaching Methodology.” Attending the course allowed me to refresh my methodological knowledge, look at many aspects of foreign language teaching from a different perspective, and it equipped me with new tools to use in my classes. For example, I learned how to create presentations on Wikis, design crosswords using the Half a Crossword website, and write stories with the help of the innovative Story Dice tool on davebriss.com.
My stay in Malta brought me closer to this fascinating country. I was able to learn about its culture and rich history, visit charming places scattered across the island, and meet friendly and helpful Maltese people. I particularly enjoyed the multicultural nature of Malta and how different cultures blend and coexist harmoniously. Multiculturalism is part of the country’s heritage and wealth, and I am very happy that I had the chance to experience Malta up close.
